National Craft Month

Well the days have been getting away on us with the sicky bug we've been suffering from.  Rachel has it now and sounds like my man is coming down with it too!  YUK!  Roll on spring with summer right behind.

That said Linda and I have been busy working behind the scenes and have just one more sample to do for the card making day and have begun to work on the make and takes for the Mega Crop Weekend.  Not only that, we brainstormed today another card making day for the summer!  Very much in the beginning stages but very promising too, I think you'll like the format we have in our heads for this.

Did you  notice the title of this post is National Craft Month.  I've told you some of the things we've been up to....how about you?  What have you been doing to celebrate National Craft Month?  We'd love to see your work.

If you click on the Stampendous logo on the right sidebar of our blog, they are putting a new project on their website every day this month.  Why not take advantage of their ideas.  We just placed an order yesterday for more of their stamps, a number of their stamps were used at our Christmas Card Making day as well.

Just to tease you, here's a sneak peek of one of the cards we'll be making at the all day card class.  You'll love this interactive card if you're lucky enough to have signed up for the class.

Oh I've just noticed the clock has ticked over to another day and today is a special day for me and my DH.   Can hardly believe that we've been married now for 48 years.....like my Mother used to say (remember that post ... LOL) how the time does fly by!

  1. I am interested in your summer card class..(Hopefully I will be home)
Congratulations on your 48th year of marriage. Time does have a way of slipping by doesnt it?
I have actually made two pages and am working on the third...found a bit of my mojo! Hope you ladies are feeling better and that DH and Rachel are able to get rid of it quickly.

  2. So pleased to hear your mojo's not lost Audrey. Why don't you and Lisa join us for the Mega Crop Weekend and have a weekend together scrapping. We'll certainly look forward to you joining us at the summer card class.
Thanks for your good wishes...and yes DH seems to have had a narrow escape from the sicky bug (thank goodness!)

  3. No crafting to share so far this month, craft space turned upside down again. But would just like to wish you and your hubby a very happy anniversary.
